UCW 104: Building Powerful Organizing Committees

This 75 minute training is about giving you the tools to build powerful organizing committee spaces. We’ll go over best practices and frameworks and examine some “gone wrong” case studies to think through practical problems and how to solve them. It is recommended that you’ve gone through conversation training. Please note that this is specifically about organizing committees and will not focus on campaign teams.
